Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made before the order is prepared for fulfillment. Contact us with your order number and registered mobile number as soon as possible.

If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, the store will initiate a refund to the original payment method through the payment processor. Refund timelines depend on the bank or payment provider.

For damaged, incorrect or short-supplied products, contact us promptly with the order details and photographs where relevant so we can review and resolve the issue.
